The currency used in Indonesia is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Kindly use the authorized money changers. There are various places to exchange your foreign currency to Rupiah. You may find Money Changers alongside the departure hall of Terminal 2D to 2F.
In order to travel individually in the city, the general details of the safest transportation method and important information are mentioned below.
Please take taxi from the airport to the hotel as this is the easiest, most dependable and efficient method of transport. Taxis are available just outside the departure hall. We strongly recommend you to use BLUE BIRD Taxi; only if none are available do we recommend PUSAKA Taxi, EXPRESS Taxi and/or GAMYA Taxi.
Note: Other Taxis are known to charge without a meter, some drivers may be offensive and exploit foreigners.
